A chopper has landed on highway in Iran to transport a donor heart to a hospital in the Iranian capital city of Tehran.
The heart was donated to a patient in need of a transplant and flown from Iranian city of Shiraz to Tehran.
The highway was closed before the helicopter landed near an ambulance waiting to transport the heart to the hospital.
Iran has some of the best surgeons in the world for heart transplantation, and many operations have been done with great success.
